Oh Gosh! Has it only been 4 days!??

Day 4......Going strong!  I feel like it's been 21 days already!  I'm having a bit of a challenge keeping on top of my meal planning.  Today I had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, a big salad with grilled chicken and cottage cheese and tomatoes, and for supper I had a hamburger patty, 4 slices of bacon and some cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and orange bell pepper.  It was yummy.  I did eat some berries and then a handful of pork rinds when I was really wanting something crunchy.  Tea and water to drink.....this will be an every day thing.  I did get a slight headache in the middle of the day -- but I really feel pretty good!  My friend Sara said that she was really hungry last night and she had some nausea today. So there you have it!  It is crazy to realize how much of our food has sugar or gluten in it!  It. is. everywhere......... Like keeping cocaine laying around every corner tempting the addict.  No wonder we have such a difficult time breaking free!  So the scale said 184.2 this morning...... whoot whoot!  That's a little over 3 lbs!  (but who is counting? )  :)
