3 days down!

So today wasn't too bad.  I did want a soda really badly! But I won that battle!  Whoot Whoot!  For breakfast I sautéed onions, peppers, tomatoes and spinach in butter and some bacon grease and then added some eggs and scrambled them all together with a piece of cheese.  I topped this off with 2 slices of bacon and wha la!  It was fantastic!  Later I had some of the broiled chicken from KFC with some oven roasted asparagus.  My breakfast was more like a brunch because these are the only 2 meals I had today. Now--I guess you could say I had a cheat item--blackberries and a few raspberries.  We have a berry garden and the fruit is just ripening and I'm not missing out!  So I didn't have the allowed fruit today and just had about 1/2 cup of these berries.  I don't know if it's been long enough to affect my taste buds-- but these were more delicious than ever! My weigh in this morning was 185.6 -- down one pound from yesterday! ............ But who's counting?  :)  See you tomorrow!
